RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Gender: Male, aged 21 to 45, high school graduate or higher. Height: Minimum 162 cm; weight: minimum 55 kg. Must have a domestic or international welding technical certificate. The welding vocational certificate recognized by the Korean Shipbuilding Association (KOSHIPA) should include FCAW, GMAW, GTAW welding technical certificates from intermediate level or higher issued by AWS, ABS, ASME, ISO, EN, KR, LR, DLVGL, or other relevant organizations. Good health, good vision, and free from lung diseases and other infectious diseases. Preference given to candidates with Vocational College or Higher College degrees and who have participated in social insurance at their workplace.
BENEFITS
Basic salary: 2,300,000 won/month (~42,000,000 VND). Expected total income (salary + bonuses) ranging from 55 to 65 million VND/month. Work location: Subsidiary companies of Hyundai Corporation in Ulsan City, South Korea. Contract duration: 1 year, with the possibility of multiple extensions. Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Overtime of 2 hours/day is calculated according to the laws of South Korea. Overtime pay during the week is calculated at 150% of the basic salary, and overtime pay on weekends and holidays is calculated at 200% of the basic salary.
